200g of brown rice pudding
550 ml of hot water
1 pinch of salt
2 lemon peels
2 cinnamon sticks
600mL + 2 tablespoons of milk
160g brown sugar
2 yolks
Ground cinnamon (for sprinkling)
PREPARATION
In a saucepan, place the water, lemon peels, cinnamon sticks and a pinch of salt. add rice and let it cook until it absorbs all the water. Remove the lemon peel and cinnamon sticks.
Meanwhile, stir in the milk (previously heated) and cook for another 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks with the 2 tablespoons of milk. Add to the rice egg yolks and sugar and stir very well for about 5 minutes.
Transfer to a platter and let it cool. Finally, decorate with cinnamon powder.
