Ready Beans Rice with cod pataniscas

INGREDIENTS

1 cod fillet (260g)
1 small onion
3 eggs
4 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 teaspoon (flat) yeast
1 sprig of parsley
Spray oil (optional)

2 packages of Ready Beans Rice

PREPARATION

  1. Cook the cod and shred it. Reserve.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200ºC
  3. In a bowl mix the shredded cod, beaten eggs, finely chopped onion, flour, yeast and chopped parsley. Shake well.
  4. On a baking tray lined with parchment paper, place spoonfuls of dough to form pataniscas. Add a little spray oil on top of the pataniscas.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Heat the rice in the microwave according to the instructions on the package. Serve the pataniscas with bean rice.
