Ready Mediterranean Rice Salad

INGREDIENTS

2 packages of Louro tomato rice
10 cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber
1/4 cup sliced ​​olives
1 cup cooked chickpeas
1 small can of cooked corn
3 tablespoons of sliced ​​almonds
Basil to taste (to serve)

PREPARATION

  1. Open the packages of Louro tomato rice and place in a bowl.
  2. Cut the cucumber into cubes and the cherry tomatoes in half. Add to rice.
  3. Add the olives, chickpeas, corn and almonds. Mix all the ingredients.
  4. Serve with fresh basil leaves.
