3/4 cup brown rice pudding
1 + 1/2 cup hot water
2 lemon peels
1 cinnamon stick
2 + 1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons of sugar
140g of cooking chocolate
Strawberries (to serve)
PREPARATION
In a pan put the water, lemon peels and cinnamon stick.
Add the rice pudding. Cover and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes (or until the rice absorbs all the water).
After this time, add 2 cups of milk and sugar. Let it cook for another 12-15 minutes.
Remove the lemon peels and cinnamon stick. Add the coarsely broken chocolate and stir until the chocolate is melted and mixed with the remaining ingredients.
Turn off the heat and add half a cup of milk. Shake well.
