Ready Vegetables Rice with croquettes

2 packages of Louro Primavera rice
8 meat croquettes
Olive oil spray (optional)

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven to 190ºC.
  2. Place the meat croquettes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Add a little olive oil or spray oil. Bake for around 15 minutes or until the croquettes are toasted.
  3. Heat the spring rice in the microwave according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Serve the rice with the croquettes.
