Carolino Rice and tuna burger

INGREDIENTS

Burgers:
1 cup of Carolino Rice (already cooked)
1 can of tuna
1 egg
1/4 cup oat flour
1 tablespoon coriander (or parsley)
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon olive oil (for frying)

To serve:
2 hamburger buns
1 tomato
1/4 red onion
Spinach (to taste)
Ketchup (to taste)

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, mix the cooked rice with the tuna (drained), egg, flour and chopped coriander. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well with a fork to coat all the ingredients.
  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. With wet hands, shape the rice and tuna burgers (two large burgers).
  3. Place the burgers in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until browned.
  4. Serve the burgers on bread with spinach, sliced ​​tomatoes and onions and ketchup.
