2 packages of Italian Blonde
1/2 cup of hot water (110g)
60g grated mozzarella cheese
8 cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons of sliced olives (20g)
Parmesan cheese flakes (to taste)
PREPARATION
In a pot or frying pan, place the contents of the Italian Blonde packages together with the water.
Let it heat for 2 minutes and add the grated mozzarella cheese. Add the tomatoes cherry cut into quarters and olive slices. Let it cook for another 2 minutes until the cheese be melted and involved with the remaining ingredients.
